Booking Deposit Policy

  1. Reservation Confirmation: - All reservations at Vinesteins are subject to availability and confirmation by our management.
  2. Deposit Requirement: - To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per person is required. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.
  3. Payment Method: - Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, card payment, or cash. Details for payment will be provided upon reservation confirmation.
  4. Deadline for Deposit: - The deposit must be received upon booking to guarantee your reservation. Failure to submit the deposit by the specified date may result in the release of your reservation.
  5. Refund Policy: - The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances leading to reservation cancellation. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Vinesteins Limited.
  6. Cancellation by Venue: - In the rare event that we need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  7. Adjustments to Reservation: - Changes to the number of guests or reservation details should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Any adjustments will be subject to approval and may impact the deposit amount.
  8. Final Payment: - The remaining balance of your bill is due on the day of the reservation, and it will be calculated based on the final guest count and any additional services provided.
